Weigh-In Week 3

I lost 1lb this week for a total of -19.8.

I knew every loss is a step in the right direction, but I did everything right this week and worked my ass off. I earned 115 activity points and still only lost 1lb. It’s discouraging and disappointing, but I’m not going to let it get me down. I still have to charge forward and hope that my hard work this week shows on the scale next week.

  1. You’ve been doing this long enough to know what a plateau is and that it is just an adjusting period….you have averaged 7 lbs a week which you know is excellant. Just keep doing what you know to do and it will continue to work for you. I have to say though, you could cook for me anyday. Maybe a shrinp creole this week? I like mine with a few shakes of creshed red pepper to give it some kick. (it is my all time favorite) Good luck!
