Day 23.

Breakfast was multigrain waffles, an egg, Canadian bacon and hash browns with ketchup for 7pts. I love those hash browns.

Lunch was sandwiches and ranch multi grain crisps for 6.5 points.

For dinner I made ginger sesame salmon, corn, asparagus and some pasta for 11pts. I actually ate more corn than that which is why the points are slightly higher.
