Day 24.

See that lump of eggs, cheese, and Canadian bacon? It’s supposed to be an omelet. Massive half on my part, but it still tasted good. The “omelet” and the toast was 6pts

4pt pizzas. Who needs cheese?

With a 3.5pt salad for lunch.

As my activity increases I feel like I need more protein. Normally I hate drinking points, but today I had a 1.5cup glass of milk with dinner and I’m having another now. Hopefully it’ll help with this week’s weigh in.

Chicken, hash browns, and broccoli with milk for 12pts.
