Day 31.

I had a crappy day. My grandma’s in the hospital and I just haven’t been feeling that great all weekend. I’m still sore, but I worked out anyway and I’m sure I’ll pay for it tomorrow.

Eggs and canadian bacon with oatmeal for 7pts

5pt meatballs for lunch

with a 4pt salad, tomato, onions, bell pepper and avocado.

Dinner was a footlong turkey sub from Subway with chips and an oatmeal raisin cookie for 17pts. Again so not worth it.

I earned 21 activity points today and have 7pts left for my nighttime snack.
