Day 38.

No eggs today for breakfast! I did have waffles and ham and a bowl of oatmeal though. Only 7pts and those waffles were fantastic.

Lunch was chicken salad pitas with tomato for 8pts.

Breaded tilapia with cauliflower and cheese for 5.5pts

Bacon salad for 2pts.

I walked for an hour and earned 23 activity points.
