Day 41.

Look at that! No eggs for breakfast for like the 2nd time this week. Waffles, ham, and hash browns for 6pts.

chicken, ham and roast beef  with cream cheese rolled up in flatbread for 4pts. 1pt of grapes, and 2pts of chips for a 7pt lunch

Sesame ginger salmon, pasta, and corn for 9.5 pts.

I haven’t worked out yet, but I’m thinking about it.
