Day 60.

60 days? Really? Feels more like 500million.

Broke another yolk! Fried eggs with a bagel 5pts.

BBQ chicken wrap with chips and salsa. 8.5pts

Turkey breast with cauliflower, corn, and penne for 11pts.

That’s a single serving of pasta (56grams) and it took up half the plate. A couple months ago I could have easily finished off an entire box of pasta in one sitting. That’s progress because one serving looks like (and is) a lot.

Walked for 30 minutes today and earned 11 activity points.
