Weigh-in Week 13.

Down another 5.4 pounds for a total of 60.4 in 13 weeks.

I’m very happy with that and now I’m going to eat eggs.

  2. Congratulations Adam! Losing weight is hard work. I know I lost 40lbs since Jan. You must be super proud of yourself.
