Weigh-in Week 17.

Lost 3.2 bringing my 17 week total to 67.2


I’ve had a terrible two weeks so I can’t believe I lost. I also can’t believe that I’ve gone 17 weeks without gaining.

  1. Wow, Adam, you are doing great with your diet and getting healthier. Good for you!

    I assume the foot problem is residual from the injury in Katrina? Or is this something different? Either way, I hope it is on the mend.

    Havent seen you around much, just wanted to say hi and hope all is well with you.
